The general manager of the real estate company Modus, Mauricio Grieve, believes that sales will remain slow this year, but that companies must bet on the development of other alternatives. For example, they are focusing on the subprime office segment (B+) because this year the vacancy of prime offices will grow, since more projects will be ready than previous years and the market will take time to absorb them.

The subprime offices – from 70 m2 to 150 m2 – could have a greater dynamism, since they are of a lower price and are aimed at small companies or independent professionals, and the total recovery of the investment occurs in less time.
